Meridian Pathways, Start, and Endpoints in Meridian Wheel Order

Meridians in the body flow in a giant loop.  This loop is called the “Meridian Wheel”, and is made of the 12 organ-based meridians linked end to end in a circle.  Because the Meridian Wheel is directly connected to your ‘body clock’, it is very important when tracing your meridians in a full loop that your start and end with the meridian that matches the current time.  All of the videos below are the same, but are edited to start and end with a different meridian, for your ease of use.  Simply choose either the high-res or low-res video that matches the time you are watching the video.  If it is on the borderline between two videos, choose the later time.

Watching these videos over and over can help you learn the

  • pathways of the individual meridians
  • start and endpoints of the individual meridians
  • order of meridians in the Meridian Wheel
  • clock time matching each meridian
