Commitments

• More traditional hosting model, with exclusive contract.
• Must host all classes with Site Captain or Assistant Site Captain if 3 full paying students or equivalent attend.
• No Community Advocate role or obligations.

Compensation and Benefits

• For Internal Instructors: Per class, per number of students, Site Captain receives:
• Split Ratios better than typical industry.
• Site Captain split starting at 6.5 students, and class discount starting at 3 students.
• Profit splits from 6% to 40%.
• Fixed profit split of 40% for all NK Principles of Kinesiology classes, regardless of number of students in attendance
• 30-100% class discount for Site Captain (transferable to Assistant Site Captain in Site Captain’s absence).
• For External Instructors: Per class, per number of students, Site Captain receives:
• Site Captain split starting at 6.5 students, and class discount starting at 3 students.
• Profit splits from 1% to 35%.
• 30-100% class discount for Site Captain (transferable to Assistant Site Captain in Site Captain’s absence).
• Ability to host with very small class sizes.
• Custom Site Captain training and success support.
