Teaching is fun and can be very rewarding, but we also know it can be demanding.  Especially when you want to become an Instructor, but cannot afford to repeat all the classes and take time off of work. That’s part of the reason our approach to Instructors is a little different than the rest of the world.

While you’re taking classes and learning, we invest in you. We would rather find good people with the right mix of personality, ethics, interest, and raw aptitude who are oozing potential, and partner up right then.

Instructor Perks

When you are accepted into our Instructor Training Program, we start taking care of you immediately:

• 50-90% class discount for all classes in your Instructor Professional Development Plan with an Internal Instructor, even on your first time taking a class.
• Inclusion in all our Instructor Success Programs:
• Continuous custom training addressing class-agnostic teaching abilities and skills through the Teacher Improvement Training Program.
• Ability to exceed all modality requirements for each class you want to teach, achieve mastery of the class material, and gather experience from actually teaching the class through the Class Specific Training Program.
• Paid travel day when you have to travel to teach.
• Expedited access to modality teaching accreditation.
• Teaching opportunities provided for you, rather than you having to drum up your own classes.
• Teaching being a regular part-time event instead of a sporadic occasional event.
• Possible modality-required certification expenses paid for.
• Possible compensation for class attendance and help prior to officially being certified.
